Booking a Viewing

Simply organise and book a viewing, we will give you a call to organise a date and time and then meet you at the property.

Choose your house

At Simply Student Lettings we will show you a variety of houses all for less than £79.00 per person per week, having met you at the first house we will show you a selection we believe you will like! Tenants will be provided with a copy of our terms and frequently asked questions.

Secure your house

Place your holding fee of £100.00 and the administration fee £85.00 to secure your house. You then have 2 weeks to return to our office, top the deposit up adding £300.00 making a deposit of £400.00. Your deposit is then secured by My Deposits.
